As an integral part of our operation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth sailing for our customers and staff alike.

- Creating all reservations in the Fareharbor database
- Ensuring all excursions are paid for
- Creating a daily report of profits for each activity
- Assisting customers with filling out all waiver releases
- Providing stellar customer service by answering inquiries over the phone, in person, and via email
- Collaborating with a team to ensure all boating excursions depart punctually
- Occasionally assisting customers with donning life vests and aiding with opening duties

- A sunny disposition and a willingness to work hard
- Experience in high-stress situations and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Great customer service skills and the ability to handle conflicts with finesse
- Organizational prowess to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Minimum availability of 3 days a week from June 10th to at least August 4th.
Preference for candidates who can continue working until Labor Day weekend or as close to it as possible
